It’s Time to Live Your Life, Your Way.

Nurtured Expansion through Embodiment Coaching

Reconnect with the Wisdom of Your Body

Science shows that up to 80% of the information flow between your body and brain travels from the body up – not the other way around.¹ Yet most of us are taught to live entirely in our heads. It’s no wonder we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.

As a certified Embodiment Coach trained in the Let Your Body Lead™ method, I help women learn how to listen to their bodies, not just as a source of calm, but as a source of clarity, self-trust, and aligned decision-making. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or a life transition, embodiment offers you something deeper than advice or productivity hacks: a return to yourself.

Leilani Olynik - Embodiment Coach

Hi, I’m Leilani – a People & Culture professional, wife, mom, and a certified embodiment coach. For years, I was a high-achiever: organized, ambitious, and always striving. But beneath the polished surface was a deep exhaustion. I looked like I had it all together, but inside, I felt anxious, disconnected, and unsure how I’d lost myself in the process.

Embodiment changed everything.

Through training with Casey Berglund, creator of the Let Your Body Lead™ method, I learned to connect with my body not as a problem to fix, but as a source of wisdom. I now help others do the same. I blend science, somatics, and soul to help women come home to their inner knowing and lead from that place.

I used to think confidence came from proving myself. Now I know it comes from being myself.

"Our bodies guide us to the truth of what we need in any given moment, we just need to pay attention, and let our bodies lead."

 FAQs

  • Embodiment goes beyond mindfulness. While mindfulness involves noticing your thoughts or sensations, embodiment involves living from your body’s wisdom. It means tuning into your inner signals—like breath, posture, emotion, and sensation—and letting that data guide how you show up in the world. It’s an active, body-first way of relating to yourself and your choices.

  • Interoception is your body’s ability to sense its internal state (things like hunger, breath, heart rate, and emotion). It’s the foundation of self-awareness and a key part of mental health and resilience. Embodiment coaching helps strengthen your interoceptive awareness so you can better understand and regulate your emotions and responses.

  • Anyone feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or craving a deeper sense of alignment in life. I work with high-achievers, perfectionists, caregivers, creatives, and seekers who are ready to stop overriding their inner signals and start living from their truth.

  • An embodiment coach helps you reconnect with your body’s intelligence to support emotional regulation, clarity, and personal growth. Rather than offering advice, I guide you through somatic practices and body-based inquiry so you can access insight, safety, and self-trust from within.

  • Each session blends conversation with embodied practice. We might begin by clarifying your intention, then explore what your body is communicating through breath, posture, or sensation. I may guide you in practices like grounding, movement, or visualization to help you access clarity and shift old patterns.

  • Not at all. Embodiment is accessible to everyone. You don’t need to be a yogi, meditator, or body expert. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore what’s happening inside with compassion and openness.

  • Somatic practices are body-based tools that help you build awareness, release tension, and regulate your nervous system. These include breathwork, movement, stillness, body scans, or even noticing posture and sensation. They’re core to embodiment because they help you experience truth in the body, not just understand it intellectually.

  • Many clients feel a shift in the first session—a sense of clarity, relief, or reconnection. For sustainable transformation, I recommend a 3–6 month commitment. Like any form of deep work, embodiment grows over time, and the results ripple through every area of your life.

  • While therapy often explores the past or focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, embodiment coaching is forward-focused and growth-oriented. We work with your body’s present signals and nervous system patterns to create meaningful change. This can complement therapy beautifully.

  • Yes! Embodiment coaching can be a powerful support for managing anxiety and stress. Through body-first tools like grounding, breathwork, and interoceptive awareness, you’ll learn to calm your nervous system, reduce reactivity, and build emotional resilience. Note: Coaching is not a substitute for clinical therapy when needed.
